Sandhill & Western - Redford Model Railroad Club
The layout is a freelanced 52' x 26' with 3 aisles, 2 penninsulas and is a double U configuration. It consists of 471' of double track mainline and 302' of single track mainline that service 10 cities, towns and a Ferry service with "out & back: operation capabilities. It runs up to 8 locomotives both Steam Diesel using the CVP DCC System. The scenery is about 80% complete with waterfalls, kitbashed & scratch built buildings, custom made trees and a stunning hand painted backdrop.
