Beaver Valley & Pennsylvania
Set in 1937, the Beaver Valley and Pennsylvania is all steam, with small 2-8-0's and 4-4-0's steaming through the western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio rolling hills. The layout is 100% sceniced, with superbly painted backdrops. The layout has been converted to operate with DCC over the last year, and all the motive power has sound. The BV&P is based on the prototype Maryland & Pennsylvania, and has most of the Ma & Pa rolling stock represented. In fact, almost all the rolling stock is built from craftsman type kits or brass models, representative of the depression era. The BV&P is built for point-to-point prototype operation with yards at both ends, and many industries in between. Car forwarding is done with computer generated switch lists.
